Korean Memorial Day and a Birthday

June 6th, 2014 (Friday)

Today is my brother's birthday, D-Day and Korean memorial day. For memorial day, we visited the Seoul National Cemetery, where only certain people can be buried. My great-uncle is buried here. He died saving is subordinates from a grenade. During a drill, a cadet dropped a grenade that he was supposed to throw. My great-uncle cover the grenade with his body before anybody could react. That is why he is buried there. For my brother's birthday, we went to a beef (sam-gyup-sal and galbi) restaurant with my aunt, uncle, cousins, and my family. After that, we watched Malificient at the COEX movie theater.  The structure of the movie was similar to Frozen.

-Seoul National cemetery.

-Holding a Korean memorial service for my great-uncle.
-You place meat on the circle piece of metal and the pipe sucks up all the smole.
-The green bottles are Chilseng Cider, my favorite soda ever! Its like Sprite but less lemon and has a little twist of a different flavor on it.
