Today my dad's coming back from Chiba, Japan and landing at an airport in Incheon. Today my mom is taking us to China town and we are going to meet a some family friends. My first impression was that everything was so clean and red. The Incheon China town was clean compared to the other ones I've been too. It was new and had a few museums too. After checking the place out, we had some Chinese snacks and bubble tea. I love mango bubble tea, I don't think I've had any other kind in my entire life because that is all I order. We also went to the JJajangMyeon Museum. JJajangMyeon is a noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a salty black soybean paste), diced pork, and vegetables, and sometimes also seafood. Jjajang is the name of the sauce, which literally means "fried sauce". Myeon (also spelled myun) means noodle. Its a fusion of Chinese and Korea food. The dish is so much better than it sounds. We were going to go to the original place that first made it, but there was a huge line where we had to wait to over 2 hours! My dad showed up and so did our family friends. We ate somewhere else that sold the same stuff, and pretty good too. After that, we hung out at there house, played video games and had some pizza. My friend, Hankook is a week younger than me and his name means "Korea". I've pretty much known him since birth. We were both born in South Carolina. Then I moved to Kansas and then later he moved to Korea, then Florida, then Korea (I think).
